In addition to the president, the Executive Board will be composed of eight vice-presidents: Luca Alippi (EP Produzione), Giuseppe Argirò (CVA SpA - Compagnia Valdostana delle Acque), Monica Iacono (ENGIE Italia), Renato Mazzoncini (A2A), Paolo Luigi Merli (ERG Spa), Pietro Pacchione (Tages Capital SGR), Marco Peruzzi (Edison) and Hannelore Rocchio (Eni). They are joined by three deputy chairmen: Guido Bortoni (CESI SpA), Luca Dal Fabbro (Iren Group) and Simone Togni (Ivpc Group).

Board members include representatives from the leading players in the national electricity sector, including Giuseppe Mastropieri (REA), Michele De Censi (Sorgenia), Fabrizio Palermo (ACEA), Stefano Granella (Dolomiti Energia Group), Felice Egidi (ESI (Energy System Integrator) SpA), Fabrizio Iaccarino (Enel Group), Emanuela Trentin (Siram Veolia) and Agostino Re Rebaudengo (past president).

These appointments come at a crucial time for the sector, characterised by challenges and opportunities related to energy transition and decarbonisation. The new Board of Directors will play a strategic role in supporting the Association in pursuing key objectives, such as streamlining authorisation processes, encouraging investment in renewable energy, and strengthening the competitiveness and security of the national energy system.
