REA assisted the Aren Electric Power Group S.p.A. as technical advisor in relation to the sale to the Magis Group of four operational wind farms in Puglia, with a total capacity of approximately 53 MW.

The team was led by Barbara Paulangelo, Partner and Technical Director, and by Chiara Graniti, Deputy Technical Director.

In its role as technical advisor, REA supported the Aren Group by managing the technical vendor due diligence and the technical discussions with the buyer, as well as providing active support in structuring the activities and in defining the industrial scope of the transaction.

The transaction was finalised following a competitive process involving L&B Partners as financial advisor and the law firm PedersoliGattai as legal advisor.
