REA Reliable Energy Advisors supported the Aren Group as technical advisor in the sale to AGSM AIM of four operational wind farms located in Apulia, with a total installed capacity of approximately 53 MW.

The team was led by Barbara Paulangelo, Partner and Technical Director, and Chiara Graniti, Deputy Technical Director, supported by technical advisors Tommaso Cozzo, Maria Antonietta Cillo, Arianna Pilato, and Federico Proni.

In its role as technical advisor, REA assisted the Aren Group by conducting the technical vendor due diligence, managing the technical discussions with the buyer, and providing support during the structuring phase of the transaction, actively contributing to the definition of the technical perimeter of the deal.

The transaction was completed following a competitive process, which involved L&B Partners as financial advisor and Pedersoli Gattai as legal advisor.
