This Statement describes which of your personal data are collected by REA S.r.l. for what purposes and how they are processed. Below you will also find the information necessary to exercise your rights under the GDPR.
In general, we collect your data when you access the Website https://readvisor.eu/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"), when you contact us for further information by e-mail or when you interact with us through our social media page on LinkedIn (starting now referred to as the "Social Media Page"). We inform you that the personal data collected during these procedures will be processed to respond to your requests, as indicated below.

Limited to the data collected through our Social Media Page, LinkedIn is the joint controller of your personal data, as published within the framework of the platform. For further information, please read the relevant privacy policy.

We will retain the contact information you provide us with (e.g., first name, last name, company, phone number, e-mail) when you contact us for more details through the form available on the Website, by e-mail or through our Social Media Page, through public comments or private messages.
Information on the use of the Website
Your Website use involves processing data about the browser and device you are using and your IP address (this number identifies a specific device on the internet and is necessary for your device to communicate with the Websites). We can analyse which Website you came from and your actions on our Website.

To respond to your requests collected through the Website, e-mail and our Social Media Page
For example, we will use your data to respond to your requests received by e-mail or via our Social Media Page, either as public comments or private messages.

To evaluate CVs received through the Work with us section
We will process your data to consider the applications received through the "Spontaneous application" form in the "Work with us" section. This processing is necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject. For further information, please consult the Recruitment Privacy Policy on the Website in the "Work with us" section at the bottom of the "Spontaneous application" form.
Nature of the provision of personal data
For the purposes set out in the preceding paragraph, the provision of data is necessary to enable us to respond to requests received via the Website or to evaluate applications.

How to deactivate technical cookies

Safari (iOS/iPadOS)

To clear your history and cookies, go to Settings > Safari, and tap Clear History and Website Data. Removing your history, cookies and browsing data from Safari won't change your AutoFill information.

Where your data is processed - data transfer
Your data will be processed and stored at REA's offices and suppliers operating in the European Union and - where the protection guarantees provided for in articles 45-47 of the GDPR are met - outside the European Union. Exclusively regarding the data collected on our Social Media Page, this data will be stored on the platform mentioned above, LinkedIn, per the latter's privacy policy, which we invite you to consult.
With whom we share your data - data recipients
Notwithstanding that, where required by law, we will obtain your prior consent and carry out any formalities required by law; we may share your data with the following third parties (including as data processors):
Our service providers
We may share your data with third parties so that they can provide services to us (e.g. IT service providers for the management of the Website), but in that case, the processing of your data will be regulated by an agreement under Article 28 GDPR to protect your data. These parties will only hold the data necessary to perform their functions and may only use it to perform those services on our behalf or to comply with legal requirements. You can find out the details of such data processors under Article 28 GDPR by contacting us by e-mail at yourprivacy@readvisor.eu. Where such providers operate outside the European Union, we will meet one of the conditions set out in Articles 45-47 of the GDPR before disclosing personal data to them.
Where we need to do so to comply with legal obligations or for judicial protection of us or of third parties
Where permitted or required by law, we may also share data requested by a government agency or other authorised entity or organisation to protect or exercise our or a third party's rights or limit or prevent fraud and other unlawful acts.
Minors
Our Website is not intended for children under 18 and is designed for an adult audience. If you are a parent or guardian and think your child has submitted data to us, you can contact us at yourprivacy@readvisor.eu.

We take the security measures required by law.
We take security measures to protect your data. The standard security measures we use depend on the type of data we process and meet the requirements of the law and the standards of European government agencies.
Your rights
You may contact REA to request access to your personal data, rectification, cancellation or restriction of the processing, to object to the processing and to request the portabilitỳ of your data; you may also revoke your consent at any time (this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before revocation).
When you exercise your right of access, you have the right to know whether your data are being processed, what the purpose of the processing is, what categories of data are being processed, who the recipients or categories of recipients are to whom your data are disclosed (and if they reside in a third country based on which safeguards), the retention period of your data (or the criteria for determining the retention period), whether any automated processing is taking place (e.g. by profiling) and what the logic of such processing is, the origin of the data (if not initially collected by us).
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority and to ask the Controller, at any time, for information about the data processors and the persons authorised by the Data Controller to process your data.

What we do if we change this policy
We may make changes to our privacy policy. We will also post an updated version on our site. It will have a different date from the one shown below. Please check the site periodically for updates.
